Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. Dislikes

HR fails to respond promptly to employee concerns. Less salary. Terminating employees without any consideration. There is no any better refreshments and essential supplies for employees.

I didn't like this company because of the poor management inside the company. They are just ruining the best part of the career of freshers by not providing much opportunities to learn and most of the managers are biased to their favourite guys when it comes to assign some new roles. There is no proper skill development program. There is no proper project management.
