Salary is less compared to industry standards. Appraisal is jut a formality, hikes are fixed between 5% to 10%

It's in the middle of City. Please don't expect any special offers from management during joining. Offers will be only applicable till you join, later it will be subjected to change by the management. Appraisals are poor. Not a company for the person who works in zeel/ ambition.

Dislikes

Management is poor in listening to employees needs. Appraisals are poor. One to be careful about the unused leaves, not properly managed, expect surprises with sudden decrease in leave balances. Same with salary components, expect at least 4-6 times a year in total, deal with finance clarifications.
