I work for ACKO for 1.3 years..trust me, no job security, they can fire you anytime they want. No appreciation for your work (I was one of the good performer in emails team), overwork everyday, need to grab their legs even if your actually sick for leaves...the list will go on.

Initially, my experience at Acko was positive; I enjoyed my work and found the environment supportive.

However, after a new manager took over, the workplace dynamic changed significantly. The atmosphere became restrictive, with strict rules against casual conversations during work hours and a lack of flexibility regarding shift extensions. Additionally, there was insufficient transparency and support concerning data for incentives and quality, leading to frustration. Overall, these changes impacted my overall job satisfaction and contributed to a challenging work environment.
