Acko asked to come from Mumbai to Bangalore to work after giving permanent work from home opportunity and that was not expected from a reputable company.

Very good work culture and benefits provided to its employees.

Dislikes

There is no proper learning or employee growth within the organisation as suddenly the top management will be changed and they will tell that our vision is different and you are not in our vision and will remove you.

Likes

Nothing is there to like. Immature leadership specially in Embedded LOB needs to be changed immediately. Leaders are a joke and they hamper the BAU in order to justify their 1cr package.

Dislikes

Everything is worth dislike. Leadership (Director Level) people engage in petty politics and flirt with female employees. They have been continuously failing to prove their competence yet the senior leadership is oblivious of the failures. Acko is a ship destined to drown.

The current office is a garment factory converted to IT workspace. It is a place devoid of natural light, has stingy bathrooms, and is depressing to work in. Additionally, the middle management has no clue what the vision is and where they want to be. Each quarter you are working on something new, and then when the year ends, they want you to quantify everything and will disregard all the other variables. Not satisfied working with new management, so many complications and unrealistic KPIs. Micromanagement by new Management. No skip-level meetings with HRs. There is a lot of freedom and no micromanagement of the businesses. Employees share a high degree of trust amongst each other. There is clarity from the senior leadership and execution is of a high quality.
