All realization is happening now as to why good ppl leave this team, the colorful stuff they speak is far from reality. Pathetic team and good for nothing leader, my manager , she is another diplomatic person. speak nice things in front and behind the back speak of worst things.I am foreseeing mass lay-offs because of all this corporate politics.

1. Management is changed and everything has become horrible. 2. Alot of micro management with work which is not healthy. 3. Manager has issue if we take leaves. (Rule for taking leaves - No matter how many leaves you take, Need to complete the target by end of the month) I dont understand what is the point of taking leaves if we have the complete the work by the end of the month. I am experiencing frustration regarding my workplace's reluctance to adopt the hybrid work model that many companies are currently embracing.
