1. Management is changed and everything has become horrible. 2. Alot of micro management with work which is not healthy. 3. Manager has issue if we take leaves. Some teams like mine have high micromanaging, Low Work Life balance. No visibility for your work. Low Salary Rude Managers who can take WFH/Leaves but do not approve their Reportees leaves Habit of dumping work on juniors and highlighting themselves.

I work for ACKO for 1.3 years..trust me, no job security, they can fire you anytime they want. No appreciation for your work (I was one of the good performer in emails team), overwork everyday, need to grab their legs even if your actually sick for leaves...the list will go on.
