Assistance on Job referral

Currently working as technology leadWith 9 years experience. Current ctc is 14.6 with variable. Got an offer in tcs with 21LPA including variable pay of 3.7LPAIs This offer is comes under market standard.Is it good offer to grab or search for better offer. I feel This 3.7 is literally more variable then other companies. Please give some suggestions.

Not really sure what I’m doing. I’m 30 and feel trapped in the environment. My friends just offered for me to come on a trip to international trip. I told my boss and he said I wont get another job soon once ill returni don’t think it’ll be hard to get a job when i get back i guess I m just trying to get some reassurance. Please suggest
