The current office is a garment factory converted to IT workspace. It is a place devoid of natural light, has stingy bathrooms, and is depressing to work in. Additionally, the middle management has no clue what the vision is and where they want to be. Each quarter you are working on something new, and then when the year ends, they want you to quantify everything and will disregard all the other variables. Some teams like mine have high micromanaging, Low Work Life balance. No visibility for your work. Low Salary Rude Managers who can take WFH/Leaves but do not approve their Reportees leaves Habit of dumping work on juniors and highlighting themselves.

I work for ACKO for 1.3 years..trust me, no job security, they can fire you anytime they want. No appreciation for your work (I was one of the good performer in emails team), overwork everyday, need to grab their legs even if your actually sick for leaves...the list will go on.
