office furniture is broken, chairs broken. operator lobby versus management, operator are not participating in any activity. HR is not conducting any activity. Girish not taking indipendent decision as HR he is complete dependent on MJ. hr is not connected with associate, he is sit in other office. hr is not concerned about employeeissues, only doing discussion and not giving solution not talking to management. any complain against management is closed by MJ. no appreciation for hard work, managers give card to only favorite person. mayuri is closing chai pe charcha issues without any solution. datta patil has 0 knowledge about work, only doing politics and blame game. good people leave job because of him. not time management, all time urgency, bad planning. planning team has no decision making, plan keep changing every hour, every day. no material available, still planning. a&C department 50% wrong and rework in all cases. non standard work and program. all data shown to management is fabricated. union leader is most important person in company, sitting, chatting, drinking tea, taking overtime, 0 work. only 8 to 10 operator are good and doing job sincerely. incoming quality manger is only talking and talking 0 result, all wrong material passed to production and production is suffer everytime. amulya pati has no knowledge of encap machine, sitting and doing meeting full day not coming to shopfloor only 1 time in month for round., philip is silent player and good person, retirement time. only managers are going to meeting and doing party every month. slowly all good people are leave the company bacause of bad culture. operation head doing only politics and showing wrong manipulate data. townhall all seat are empty, no one intrested. hr also not asking operator to attend. design team is ok ok, they are not sharing knowledge with others. stores is ok. no time for personal life, hr is not asking manager for employee work life balance. operator salary is more than engineer. operator doing bhaigiri sometimes, still hr not taking action. hr team is completely useless, no career plan for employe, taking decsion based on operation head and no indepent descion making. corporate team must take anonyms feedback from employee for reality check. thnks production engineer and technician...Read More

# Pre-Define SOP for each Function avoid overlapping activities which is a good for companies targeting efficiency! # Flexible working hours provide good work life balance. # Mr. Karan Singh being young Leader driving the company towards upward trajectory basis on preampting many challenges and decentralization of decision at various level to provide efficient decision making.

# Old Employees misusing the flexible timing and supported by their bosses. # some departments keep their individual goals above company growth, stuck in obsolete work practices which is creating hurdles for various changes in organization and halting the growth.

Work and life balance is very good. Also, there are lots of opportunities in learning new technologies specifically in Digital team of ACG. The HR policies are also in favour of employees.

The hike that employees have been getting even though company perform well as it falls in Pharma sector.

ACG is one of the best companies I've worked with. The overall work culture is quite healthy when it comes to employee's self respect and growth. Most of the people who have worked in this company previously keep coming back after a few years. That itself says a lot about the company.

Slow decision making and processes. The management needs to be more agile.

I had the unfortunate experience working with Sandeep Chaudhari, at ACG Capsules. I can confidently say that he was the worst boss I’ve ever had in my life. He lacks a lot of basics leadership qualities. His behaviour was so inconsistent, his showing face in front of his reporters is different and in front of HR is different. I hopeACG recognises his tactics and removes him as he is not an asset to the company. The care for employees and some policies which are good and also they are trimming them in name of cost cutting.Bus facility from Kandivali station. Canteen which serves good food.Some extra curricular activities for name sake.

Zero work life balance. 6 days work and even on paid holidays. Salary increment is low. Working in Production department is very tiring and exhausting.Noise level is very high.There is always manpower issue. Manager is not skilled and is non co-operative.Can't get leaves when needed.No sat/sun off in policy.
