I worked and get my own experience at Cisco, Good culture and overall excellent platform to work here. So many things are learned from here, providing good training sessions time to time to improve ourselves. The opportunity was excellent.

Dislikes

Job security is the main issue. And I think, need to move working resources to another project is also possible but not happened. No other excuses to work here.

Timesheets deadlines are like hell, should be submitted and get approval on last working day of every month, leaves are very less and no benefits including insurance, no festival surprises and gifts.
