The company is excellent, offering a very generous incentive plan for all of us. I'm quite pleased and have earned substantial incentives here. The directors are also commendable, fostering a relaxed work environment where you can work peacefully. Plus, Salaries are always on time.

Dislikes

I'm satisfied with them, and i have no dislike from my side. I don't understand why people write unnecessary dislikes.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
