I joined accion in 2023 august . Past one year i went lot of torture and mental strain. Hikes are very less just 4%. I came to know some people have lost their lives due to happy depression given by project manager. I don't recommend anyone to join accion. First one month it will be good. Afterwards everyone show their real faces...As a women I won't suggest.

The work environment is suffocating, with unrealistic deadlines and zero support from project managers. They expect you to work overtime without compensation and blame you if the project fails, even when it's due to their poor planning.

I am working in accionlabs from past 8 months. But my experience is very Bad at it's core.. Women employees are totally ignored and they are targeted by giving mental torture.In Mumbai office after the office hours, someone in a team of my project is coming closely with me and misbehaved with me. I immediately came out . Same incident twicely happened. I saw few reviews in other places in accionlabs. I feel all the women in accionlabs should come together and raise their voices.
