What ever the employee works. If they extend the shift hours and work also. they won't recognise. In case we relieved with proper reliving they won't accept the X employee there again they will put rehire No. I don't know what concept they having. Any ways 🙏

Actually I wanna give negative stars for Work satisfaction, Salary benefits, work life balance, and Company culture 👎👎👎 Just a worst company with full of negativity and mental pressure. For Toxic award it will get a 1st place🥇 Only if have a great “jalra” skill you can survive here and you’ll get recognition 🙂‍↕️

Never join in this company. They are unprofessional and unethical. Most of the people in management and legal behave arrogantly with bad attitude, especially legal advisor - Mahi Bala. she treat people very rude and nasty. She yell at the employees with derogatory words. If the management don't like you they will frame allegations on you, from there Mahi Bala will pitch in and get off her past life trauma on you with malevolence without even knowing anything about you. I never seen a women with such mental issues and I could not believe how such people are working in a corporate environment for more than a decade and how board of directors didn't even notice or identify them which concludes the poor standard of the company....Read More

No market revision on salary for existing employees. Most the employees are moving out half heartedly only because of salary concerns. Access can gain more loyal and stabilized employees if a market revision on salary was provided. This can be done atleast for the employees who work for more than 5+ years.

Some of the TL are friends if u have a bad luck your will end up with phyco TL and manager tagging.

They are not even considered you as human , treating like a mechine which related to emotions of your will look deep low If you work hard you will get promotion depends on your TL , if TL had some favour on other partner what ever you do you will not get promoted

Very friendly employees and encourages employees in doing various matrices and working facilities are good in various aspects and we can learn and gain knowledge in different forms. Mostly supportive and motivated team

Just they give good salary not according to market standards due to employee being abscond.

So many points 1. Transportation: pick up and drop not providing on daily basis. No growth and career, very very slow. you'll tired doing only production. From AR caller - TL will take 12-15 years. Better to work in other company and get promoted and then join Access Healthcare. One should not work more than 2 years. SME work for only 1 years and move to other company as TL with higher salary. Pay is very low, for higher pay one should join Guidehouse company. No allowances provided by access healthcare. Guidehouse is providing night shift allowance, incentives, gifts, quarterly party, trips and many more. Guidehouse is a consulting company and you will get 10-20k more than access healthcare. and access healthcare is a call center. no training provided. food provided by vendor is not good and very expensive. very bad environment here in kosmo as people taking illegal things.
