Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai

Job Details:

• New Hire Training Facilitation Facilitate and train the complete pre-process language, voice, and accent training programs for newly hired employees, including fundamental skills of grammar and voice & accent. Send the necessary training reports to the training manager. Conduct call handling training during process training as and when needed. Conduct screening interviews at recruitment as and when needed.
• Audit and Coaching
• Audit frontline agents calls, and record scores and observations on the call monitoring form.
• Provide feedback and conduct coaching sessions for the client partners on the floor to improve the CPs language skills, soft skills, and call handling skills.
• Audit, record scores, and provide feedback for the bottom performers.
