Voice and Accent Coach

Role Definition :

As a Voice and Accent Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the communication skills and accent neutrality of our employees, ensuring that our team members effectively convey our company's message to a global audience. You will design and deliver training programs that promote clear, confident, and culturally sensitive communication, ultimately contributing to our organization's success.

Responsibilities :

• Training Program Development: Develop comprehensive voice and accent training programs tailored to the specific needs of our employees, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
• Accent Neutralization: Assist employees in achieving accent neutrality by identifying regional accents and providing techniques to modify pronunciation, intonation, and rhythm.
• Communication Skills Enhancement: Conduct workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions to improve verbal and non-verbal communication skills, including fluency, articulation, and body language.
• Cultural Sensitivity Training: Foster cultural awareness and sensitivity among employees to ensure effective communication with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Feedback and Assessment: Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to employees, utilizing audio recordings and role-playing exercises to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to voice and accent training, integrating new techniques and methodologies into training programs.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR, training, and operational teams to align voice and accent training initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and performance evaluations, generating reports to track progress and measure the effectiveness of training interventions.
