Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - FAO Hiring
Location: Hyderabad, India
Department: Talent Acquisition - Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO)
Reports To: HR Manager


Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist - FAO Hiring will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for various Finance & Accounting (FAO) roles for CogentHub’s outsourced business in India. This role demands a proactive, high-energy professional with expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding financial professionals, ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The recruiter must effectively manage high-volume hiring, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet strict deadlines.
Preference:

  • Female candidates preferred (Male candidates can also apply).
  • Candidates must be flexible to work 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST to align with business needs.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.


Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment Process

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Finance & Accounting (FAO) roles including:
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Payroll Processing
    • Taxation & Compliance
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Financial Analysis
    • US GAAP & IFRS compliance specialists
    • Other finance-related support functions
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct screening calls to assess candidates' financial knowledge, experience, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
  • Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and pre-joining engagement.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires in coordination with HR and hiring managers.

2. Candidate & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Finance & Accounting business leaders to understand hiring requirements.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience with regular communication.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to enhance employer branding and improve recruitment effectiveness.

3. Recruitment Metrics & Process Optimization

  • Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Implement best hiring practices to optimize recruitment efficiency.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities for a faster and more effective hiring process.

4. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

  • Promote CogentHub as an employer of choice within the Finance & Accounting Outsourcing sector.
  • Assist in organizing hiring drives, job fairs, and talent engagement activities.
  • Engage with industry professionals and build relationships to attract top finance talent.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO), Shared Services, or BPO hiring.
  • Strong expertise in hiring for US Payroll, Tax, General Ledger, Financial Analysts, AR, AP, and Compliance roles.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), ATS, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ATS systems.


Work Conditions & Schedule:

  • Work Timings: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST (or rotational shift).
  • Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office preferred).
  • Full-time position (Monday – Friday), with occasional weekend hiring drives if required.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
