We are seeking a motivated Telecom Upselling Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities within our UK customer base. You will enhance customer value by recommending tailored telecom solutions, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Upsell Opportunities: Analyze customer usage patterns to propose relevant upgrades (e.g., broadband, mobile, IoT solutions).
• Customer Engagement: Reach out via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a consultative approach aligned with UK market preferences.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly KPIs, including conversion rates and revenue goals.
• CRM Management: Accurately log interactions and track progress in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Product Expertise: Stay updated on telecom trends, including 5G and bundled services, to provide informed recommendations.
• Compliance: Adhere to GDPR, Ofcom regulations, and company policies during all interactions.
• Collaboration: Work with retention and support teams to address customer needs holistically.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years in telecom sales/upselling, preferably within the UK market.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and CRM proficiency.
• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelors in Business/Marketing preferred.
