There is no job guarantee.. they are facing huge loss. Company is in debt.. Huge revenue client was very much disappointed of the services they got, partial process moved to omega.. TL and managers are worst, they don't care about employees, they will only think about themselves, there is no value for your work.. they will replace you as soon as possible if you have some issues with ur TL(Ranjith in dlf) he don't have any knowledge . Access Health care is my 1st organization this is my base in Medical Billing. A very good base i have learnt in Acess and soo many things I have learned. Training team is soo good they are patiently teaching the process in very good manner.And very good team I have worked.Excellent organization to work.

I have worked in denials team which was really awesome but after the denial project ended. I was moved to follow up were they made my life miserable by providing unachievable targets and always requiring work on extra claims without any additional pay.
