No market revision on salary for existing employees. Most the employees are moving out half heartedly only because of salary concerns. Access can gain more loyal and stabilized employees if a market revision on salary was provided. This can be done atleast for the employees who work for more than 5+ years.

Salary was my biggest concern otherwise it's a good company

Salary was my biggest concern. I did not get enough help from my colleagues I mean the other team leaders. They speak behind my back a lot especially Arun S from foxtrot team in coimbatore. Sathish was my manager and he never helps anyone but takes credits for everything which is not okay for any employee.

They have very difficult projects for working and there's so much of work pressure everyday which is increasing day by day. Even I feel insecure about my job everyday.

There is no work life balance, has poor management and hr team, no proper training. Everyone got pushed to production without proper process training and knowledge and blames user for low SLA and productions, no holidays for Indian holidays, no holidays for US holidays. Low life as manager who thinks himself as superior being, avoidthis company dont fall for high pay. Travel and admin is just useless randomly assigns cab. no free food, snacks or tea/coffee provided....Read More

Access Health care is my 1st organization this is my base in Medical Billing. A very good base i have learnt in Acess and soo many things I have learned. Training team is soo good they are patiently teaching the process in very good manner.And very good team I have worked.Excellent organization to work.

I have worked in denials team which was really awesome but after the denial project ended. I was moved to follow up were they made my life miserable by providing unachievable targets and always requiring work on extra claims without any additional pay.

Work culture has to develop Management has to recognise the individual performance and appreciate or reward Promotion will be given based on your relationship with the manager No work life balance, you have to work on weekend aswell with no recognition HR and Management are not trustworthy

Initially joined they offered good packages if we r experience in a working and certified. Easy interview process and Hr management was very friendly

What ever the employee works. If they extend the shift hours and work also. they won't recognise. In case we relieved with proper reliving they won't accept the X employee there again they will put rehire No. I don't know what concept they having. Any ways 🙏
