1. For freshers there is bond of three years. if the person want to resign the job on bond period, some bulk amount need to paid. 2. Even for experienced employees, there is a comparison in educational qualification which affects in onsite opportunity and salary hike. Teammates are good , support is also there from people working here. There is nothing else good about this company.

Lot of politics are in between the officials.Worst management ever. Appraisal and growth is not given for those who works hard here.During the pandemic ,they will make u work more hours just by saying that now you are doing WFH ,so there is no problem in doing the work after your shift also.The position and growth will be given to those people who sugar coats the higher officials. "Performance appraisal" is just a name here with no meaning. No recognition will be given for your hard work.They're will just give you more pressure and mental torture.If some issues happens in the job,they will blame you in the end ,rather than excepting their faults ,and then mentally torture u a lot. They will tell while joining that u have to work from Monday to Friday,but you will end up working on all days of the week with no extra pay also....Read More
