There is nothing great that I found while working with Accenture. No job Satifaction, no learning, less pay, micromanagement, team politics, badly drafted processes that add more challenge to work profile than doing nay good.
Though a big 4 but the processes are so badly drafted and watertight that no suggestions are taken when given by we the foot soldiers who actually face the challenge. There Leads to Leadership do not care about process improvement. The work is highly menial and does not require skilled and experienced resource. There is like many organization politics in the team. The re is no learning, the package is very less compared to market standards and top o that the Contractual roles are scrapped anytime as if they were never required. I am not seeing any good thing regarding learning point of view, work point of view. I am requesting to Accenture if you don't like other state people then don't hire other state people and don't spoil other sate resources career. People have their own projects and work independently with onshores and not Indian managers
Toxic work environment. If you raise genuine concerns or issues with management they will not listen and then tag it you as complaint box. This will also affect ur rating. Protect their favourites. This is the worst place to work. They talk about diversity and women well being but never care. This company puts pregnant women on PIP and put pressure on them without proper feedback and artefacts to meet their promotion numbers. Never join this company. Worst company in terms of work life balance and never pays hikes and bonus after employees working like donkeys for one year.

There was one person named deepraj talpade who was a du lead for the domain Data and Ai at Accenture. As i was a fresher i will be having responsibilities like attending Kt sessions from my superior any new project i get and i should get some guidance and help from them but in my case they use give such big tasks without any Kt and guidance and deepraj as my manager refused to allow my lead to get some guidance and he allowed and asked me for the updates and he used to assign me larger tasks equal to my superiors and he used to scold me in front my whole project team members and he used to blame me for everything he such a rude and psychotic person i hav ever work and he made me be in pip forcefully even they didnot gave any kts and in the pip period as well they said me to work for their project.please Mr sushantha as you are the superor to him please take care of him.how can they keep me in pip while they didnot liked me and he used to show language barriers and location feeling as he was north indian he used to support every north indian over south indian....Read More
