I have joined organization in Feb-23 till dec-24 I was working in organization in the nov-24 I have resigned from my position as per the bond policy I have to work for 3 month but in the 23-Dec-24 , had an accident which caused lumber pain to my back and i am not able to sit or travel to office. So i requested the management to give me my salary of 23 days and also they haven't provided mi the incremented salary of 2 months. Total salary 25,000 which was not provided by the organization to me and it happend to many of my team mate. They will provide employee salary not on the monthly basis. Technical manager is saying to employee that "Tum Marathi logo ke sath jyada mat raha karo". Always spreading wrong things on Maharashtrian lok this thing is known by management but still not any action taken on him. Not at all good culture...the office boy over there is terrible...no respect and washrooms is combine for both male and female...tissue paper is also not using over there in washrooms... culture is not at all good as office culture should be there.... every one there assume that they are the only boss....and no respect and no care of employees taken over there...very bad experience of mine ....in that company...Read More

Many things to mentioned but I will advice to all who check reviews before joining, pls note that all the positive reviews are fake and uploaded by owners and their.....team and whatever is written as negative that's only real . Many many issues are their think before you accept the offer. Unless u accept offer they will treat you as a princess and will give falls commitment like all sat will be off, will offer you 100%hike , even when they will have any project they won't be taking you interview also , direct selection, will allow u work from home and bla bla ...but when you will join they you will have to do anything for them .
