A great opportunity to work for Accdon. The culture is great. No unnecessary follow ups or meetings. Rather they schedule meetings once in 3 months and provide feedback. They are very understanding. Overall, it is a new exposure.

Dislikes

I feel workload is sometimes uneven, somedays are long days. Not much paid leaves. But they allow us to choose Indian holidays, which is very appreciable.
