Being a fresher, i have learnt many things related to the process design and qualification. As i got the opportunity to handle process validation & to take part in the team handling Cleaning validation, BMR&BPR review etc. The overall working experience till date is excellent.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
