There is no job security in this company, they can whenever fire you basis on the irrelevant reasons. They are always up to hire the employee on as much less salary as possible. Baseless oral tests happens in the name of evaluation, no motivation only and always demotivating you and your hardwork, zero appreciation. There are few seniors who don't even know how to speak in english but they will sit in the evaluation and ask you questions in the wrong English, I don't know if it's because of favouritism or what.
