I didn't find anything good about this company.

Dislikes

Firstly, they don't have moral ethics, no work culture and they don't know how to gauge employees and no hard work recognition. There's no employee benefits, even though they don't provide parking. They wasted my 6 months

Earlier they won't provide any trainings, but they demand for the work within deadline and sometimes it's hectic

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
