I like the approach Abacus handle in every project. I have been working with Abacus from last 3.8 years and had worked on several projects. Also as a fresher I have been subjected to training which is followed up by a project and then got to understand several things about how Agile Methodology works. This is the by far the best company. Salary Hikes are great and the management is very helpful.
