They will definitely recruit the employees who is having more career gap even if you are not able to answer in interview. They will give training whatever we learnt in the institutes not the realtime work.

Dislikes

These HR's are well talented to mesmerize the people to make them to accept to their terms and conditions. They will be seized your educational certificates with acknowledgement and then they will play with you as puppet. They grandly gives stipend of RS 3000/- when you are on the bench. They will place you in the client place if you are lucky otherwise they will put you on the bench iff deal is not possible with client. They will send you to the client with fake experience based on your career gap. If you want to leave this company,they will ask you to pay money to get your certificates back. This is like a thirdparty consultancy. They always says that No where you will not get this many of Benefits. If you find the better chances you can't go. This is third party consultancy. This company blames clients also as they are having Experienced Resource but actually they are freshers only

They recruit based on all ur conditions. But later they disagree completely. Very poor in responding. No proper hike will be given. They will never stand by their words. They have three years bond for freshers. No value will be given to an employee. HR is worst. Once u are deployed in client. HR never responds to u. No matter how serious it is. All that HR knows is to scream.

Dislikes

Management. No extra facilities. No value for your work. No rewards or recognition.
