This is the best place to initiate your carreer as a developer. You can be a full stack developer while working with Aashdit . Very excellent team and management, very cooperative. They will give you chances after chances to enhance your skills and to focus on work.

Dislikes

Overally aashdit is a good company to work but if you want a work and life balance then you will be little disappoint because you will have some work pressure. And one more point the delivery timing is very less.

The work environment is very pathetic. Employee will not get offer letter or joining letter during their joining and will not get any release letter while resigning from the company. Poor management. The owner of the company is not good and dont have any software development knoledge. He used to make very ierelevant statments to the employees.The company will not pay you the salary in time and it will also not pay the last moth salary if u resign from the company.
