It has well maintained plants with Safety first culture. Its good to start a career they take freshers.

The salary for any supervisor will be low and no one stays for a long time. The operators have good salary than educated supervisors.

One Year training with job security are nice,career growth very low starting salary best but traveling not available environment culture not better and work life below etc.,

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
