Its been a great experience working with Aara technologies i was joined as in trainee and now i'm working as software developer. if you are a learner and want to grow your career by learning new things in a friendly environment then this is the right place to work.

Every place is having good and bad things but its you who are making things bad or very good. so i believe if you are focused on your work and learning then things will not bother you.

nothing that can like, haan ek chij hai jo maine feel kiya hai. after this company when joining any other company, you defiantly like your next company because esse the worst company to aur koi nhi ho sakti.

before joining the company I also think people are overreacting with negative reviews about the company. management told me that people are laying who give negative reviews and they share with me some recordings of previous employees. I feel chalo join krta hu jo hoga dekh jyega mujhe to kam krna hi hai jyada se jyada kya hoga, 2-4 din salary late ayegi and thoda sa late kam krna pd sakta hai.mera home town bhi near by me tha so i feel i can afford the pressure. on my first day, they told me lunch is only 30 minutes and apko register me entry krni hogi lunch me kitne baje out and in huye i think chalo ye bhi jhel lunga overall mai ghar ke pas to rah rha hu. same day in the evening time they told me that office check-in time is 9:30 and checkout time is 7:30 PM. I think sabhi compony thoda jyda to kam krwati hi hai but unka official time 8 hrs ka hi hota hai. but here are 9 Hrs 30 minutes and extra lga lo to 10 hrs.but mai ynha bhi agree ho gaya. I have a total of approx 6 years experience and generally work 9 to 6, 10 to 7, and 45 minutes or 1 hrs lunch in my previous companies. on Saturday yanha pr half day hota hota to maine hr se 3 PM pr pucha mai ja sakta hu na she told agr apka kam khtam ho gaya hai to ja sakte ho nhi to nhi. almost 45 days kam krne ke bad salary ka time aa gaya and hr send me the attendance report. in the report, she mentions the total working days and your absent date if you have any. I see all is okay in the report. I received the salary 4-day dealy which is already what I expect before joining the company. when I received the salary I see there is 8k less from my salary. Maine hr se bat kiya she told me ki first month me hm Sunday ka paise nhi date hai. pale to mai shock rah gaya fir maine bola sunday ka hta bhi do to bhi kam hai.She told me achha dekhte hai 1 week follow up lene ke bad she told me it happen by typing mistake 2-4 din me aa jyegi and after 2-4 din bad she said next month ki salary ke sath aa jyega. mai fir se kam krne lga and dheere dheere next month ki salary aa gyi but prevoius ka chhodo es month fir se 6k less tha.then again mai HR ke pas gaya she told me ye kya tumhara ba-bar ka drama hai I feel maine drama kiya hai? next day Maine hr ko bola diya i want to resign from my position, please hire my replacement if you required it, I will work the next 20 days so that I finish the running project. Pahle to wo mana kr rhi thi then she agree. and Maine 20 days kam kiya but inhone na to mujhse runing project pr kam krwaya na hi koi replacement hire kiya and in between mera dusri company me selection hoga with approx 55% hike. When Comes to my last day they told me abhi koi replacement nhi aaya and abhi tum nhi ja sakte project ko beech me chhodkr. but mere pas koi option nhi to mai chala gaya. Till today they did not give my last month's salary I already file a complaint in labor court, and court ka jo bhi result ayega i will share here and linkdin also with honesty maine soch liya hai chahe mujhe uska 2 guna paise watse ho jay but mai pichee nhi hatunga. this happened to me that is my true story. Work culture is very bad. We work harder and owner and hr will give us excuse if we want our pays on time. I see many people rating and comment they will manipulate all. This employee has fake comments, this employees skills is not good enough for us ,this employee has done wrong with company. I know you surely give me comments likethis but this isn't a solution try to respect your employees give salary on time because every employee is not from your local site. You delay salery fired employees and told them that there works isn't good so you didn't clear fnp and didn't give there letter of recommendation. But one thing i wanted to told you that letter not deside person skills deside most. I have advice to you try to respect your employees and try to respect time after 6pm no one wanted to done your emergency works that you give employees to every Friday this is very bad everyone has different works on Saturday Sunday and you need to respect this if you doing wrong with your employees then this is surely cause down fall for your company. As skillful person left you on time that's why you have 70% unskilled employees and 30% are frustrated from your working hours but they didn't have choice someone from local site some one has lack of communication and fear.
