I would like to share my 5 + years of experience at alapatt business corporation.i have worked there since 2013 and mostly happy with work .but working environment is horrible this company has no proper hr team and the company has got some employes that having no qualifications and has no quality but has great tongue for lying and only that kind of employee can work there only .most of the employee are unsatisfied to work there because of the management is very week and poor performance and have no idea how to behave to their employees.the management thinks there employees are like fools and no one has any sense .the employes still there working because of no other jobs getting.we have to work there for more than 15 hours every day and there only 100 rs given for overtime.the salary and other benefits are provided only to kind of employees which I mentioned earlier . I have worked there for more than 18 hours most of the day that's much I worked and they didn't give me any compensation or gratuvity. Work life balance I have to say clearly that if you are a orphan then go and work there otherwise your family will forgot you.. and I want say one more thing if this is seen by managing director or business partner all of you getting fooled if you are not want your company to disposed make sure all of you has to meet your employees individually and hear what are they saying . Clearly I mention 2 names madhavan kutty and shine from your kollam office they will put your company in black hole they are poisonus .
