I had hoped for a professional and collaborative experience with aakash India, but the behavior of boss has left me deeply dissatisfied. Their attitude not only hindered the progress of the project but also created an environment where effective communication and problem-solving were impossible. I believe that a company’s leadershipsets the tone for the entire project, and unfortunately, Rahul & Vishal failed to uphold basic standards of professionalism and respect. Company culture is very toxic. They don't respect talented engineers. They want chatu employee... If you will not entertain them they you will never grown up. And some Uncultured uncivilized persons are there and the company is entertaining by them. No one will listen your wards. My suggestion don't waste your career by joining in this company one chatu billing engineer is there who pretends like he knows everything.... But he doesn't know to prepare bbs. My suggestion . They will give fake promises if you will trapped on that then then by surely u will spoil your career. Rest depends on people. I was working there since 1 year .. It is better than others company. Working environment is good. It is given opportunity to enhance your career. Lot of experience gain like commercial, residential and duplex building . It given to opportunity work with big company. Advanced technology used to doing work. Company policies are need to improve. Job security depend on person to person.
