The fact that I could learn IBC but mostly due to personal effort and helpful colleagues.

Worst organization I ever worked for. Terrible HR policies and inhumane treatment of employees. During the pandemic when everyone was trying to help each other, they imposed a 40% salary cut for WFH even before the lockdown began. And during the lockdown we were working for 12 hrs as opposed to the 9hrs, it was exhausting and exploitative as we were doing this after salary cuts. More than 10 people lost their jobs or were forced to resign without any notice period during the lockdown. Also, the HR policies are such that they are always looking for a reason to deduct your salary which is extremely stressful for the employee. I have attended meetings with Banks and Companies, and the bosses of the organization blatantly lied in those meetings. Also, I have seen malpractices in the company.
