Likes

Nothing much same as regular working place. Strict about the incoming office timings but not even care about out going time.

Dislikes

If you're an employee of CSO client than it will be not satisfied job at all, You're not eligible for any facilities provided by the company like learning skill or any etc.

Job security - Poor
Work satisfaction - Poor
Work-life balance - Bad

Work Details

I'm currently working for CSO-Lifescan department, It has been mentioned that my working career with this company is only till the contract is on with Menarini & Lifescan.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
