The A.C Brothers have a good work environment with skilled teammates and supportive management. This company got to learn a lot about hard goods products.Employee get a timely salary. Good H.R Policies and the give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements. I am looking forward for a place of work they value creative thinking and where management are receptive to the feedback their subordinates.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt every thing on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.
