Though, the company works on the US clients so you have to work on night shifts. This could be the only negative thing I felt in the organization. They need to rotate the shifts of employees. Do not employed an individual continuously in nights. This could be disturbed his work life balance. They organized sports events but not on regular basis. My work experience is nice with the organization. I had only issue is to work in night shifts. Since I joined till I left the Company I worked in night shifts.
