Though, the company works on the US clients so you have to work on night shifts. This could be the only negative thing I felt in the organization. They need to rotate the shifts of employees. My work experience is nice with the organization. I had only issue is to work in night shifts. Since I joined till I left the Company I worked in night shifts.
