With respect to recognition of the good work, the Organization Development team has revamped the whole Rewards & Recognition policy and process to make it more integrated which not just values monthly recognitions to yearly contributions and also spread its reach at company wide platforms across A-1 Fence global. We are also working closely with managers with the implementation of Conversation.
