Company provides a lot of trainings especially the external trainings related to ISO and Six Sigma and works on the skill development of the employees.
1.Management is very much gender biased - opportunity for women is very less. 2.Office culture is the worst. 3.Top management plays a lot of politics during the time of appraisal and promotion. 4.They say canteen facility and cab facility is subsidised but practically it is completely different.It costs around Rs. 2000/month which is ridiculous.

Nothing as such to like. If you are a fresher you can learn a lot of work, office politics and understand what a real work life imbalance is.
No scope of career growth or development and increment. All these factors are all say and no action. Because of this all the experienced people are leaving the organisation and only freshers are available with no actual work experience in the firm nowadays.

Towards delay in salary, 'Wellbeing' is a brand promise of A-1 Fence to its employees, living this promise we are glad to share we haven't had a single termination or lay off during the crisis times of COVID-19 nor we have had salary cuts. The intention has always been that funds be managed to ensure employee wellbeing as priority, this lately has resulted in salaries being pushed a few days beyond the scheduled release date but we never have seen salary lapse during any month. We appreciate your support during this time and be rest assured that management is working each day through various initiatives which are working towards returning back to the old salary release cycle as communicated by the senior leaders at A-1 Fence.
