Towards your feedback on Work life balance, We are working towards aligning and implementing effective frameworks such as OKRs to better manage and develop performance which you shall benefit to help resolve increasing pressure, managers are also going through Manager Development Program (MDP) which should help managers get better at managing workload and effective delegation which doesn't lead to unwanted stress. Towards standardization of products, our core competency is Resourceful solutioning which is why we are able to deliver customised solutions to our customers where need be but there are teams like New Product Development and R&D working on initiatives addressing standardization as well.
