No appreciation on hard works and normally everyone wants to take advantage from you as well as if your plan backfired then everyone will just demotivate you as for a new fresher is a good tough job but if you are experienced then you shouldn't come here

Nothing as such to like. If you are a fresher you can learn a lot of work, office politics and understand what a real work life imbalance is.

Dislikes

No scope of career growth or development and increment. All these factors are all say and no action. Because of this all the experienced people are leaving the organisation and only freshers are available with no actual work experience in the firm nowadays.

There are ample amount of opportunities available and I see my strengths getting identified and leveraged. The culture is open and supportive. Be it managers or senior leaders, everyone is approachable. Newer ideas are always listened to and appreciated. We are given the independence of execution and implementation.

It is more of a people driven rather than process centric organisation.
