There are no pros to mention about with respect to my time in 8k.

My profile is a Security analyst(SOC engineer).At the beginning they recruited me stating that they providing me opportunity to work in a SOC environment and offer training in forensics and penetration testing which attracted me the most,since those stuff were not my previous company.So, I took the offer.But later i realize all thiswas a lie.They just hired me for their client because they never needed SOC engineer.Instead they used me for performing L1 ticketing task(Identity and access management) which is no where related to my profile.i used to question this to my reporting manager at client location(Trimble).They use to respond that they will assign those task once i am strong at my core (IAM task).I waited for around 8 months ,when i asked him again they simply removed me from the project and sent me back to 8k. Then even in 8k miles i was asked by my HR manager to resign.Which is very very unethical,since they promised me that i was hired as a permanent employee for 8K, all they needed is the commission money from their client.8k has wasted my one year of career growth....Read More
