The work environment is toxic. The owner is a manipulative piece of sh!t who will justify till his last breath why he is not giving you your hard earned money for the next 15-20 days. The appraisals are biased purely and you will see talentless illiterates rising because they are better at glorifying a person like him. The partnership between the two owners is perfect as they both are pretty good at making people beg for their own money. There are cases running against the company for not paying their ex employees their due salaries even after 4-5 months of F&F period. Don't join this company.
