No respect to Employees Qualification, integrity or work experience knowledge this is pertaining to specific Department and concern persons. Too much of Office Politics and buttering culture. Promotion and Appraisals are directly proportional to the HOD's good books, which are not pertaining to work results but Buttering and Gossips data Transfer.

It has been a wonderful experience working here. The pay is good, there are ample learning opportunities, and job security is solid. Additionally, management is approachable and receptive to discussing challenges.

While working in support, it has been difficult to get leaves. I often had to work on Saturdays, start early in the morning, and stretch late into the evening.
