- The NSEL Investors Forum (NIF) has proposed a ₹1,950-crore settlement plan.
- The settlement amount, equal to 42% of the unpaid principal amount, will be paid by 63 moons, NSEL, and brokers.
- Consent from a majority of investors with over 75% value of outstanding dues is required for the settlement to proceed.
- Eligible investors could recover up to 79% of their outstanding dues, while the rest may recover up to 49%.
