I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. It has been a wonderful experience working here. The pay is good, there are ample learning opportunities, and job security is solid. Additionally, management is approachable and receptive to discussing challenges.

Dislikes

While working in support, it has been difficult to get leaves. I often had to work on Saturdays, start early in the morning, and stretch late into the evening.
