- Permanent work from home. - People are nice because it is a small company only 250-300 employees are there in the Noida office. - Tax saving bucket you get.

- Zero job security I worked for this company for 3 years and they were unable to keep me on the bench for 10 days. - My promotion and appraisal time was near instead of good news I got news that they can't continue with me. - Since their CEO has changed every policy and project has immediately shut down. Many cost-cutting from benefits, and suddenly employees were laid off. - In 2023 nobody got appraisal in the August cycle they said that next year you will get double appraisal people who were waiting for appraisal got laid off in 2024. - If you are experienced think twice before joining this company....Read More
