Politics at highest order. You can be fired at any point of time. Within 2-3 Months they will initiate PIP that too without any information. HR are worst here, you won’t get any support from them. They will have illogical answer of every question. Learning is 0 because most of the time they would be micro managing you and creating toxic environment.
