Company will deactivate employee ID anytime without any payroll completion.and most horrible things is that no one will talk to employee after deactivation of account even Hr and other recruiting team will blocked the employee phone no.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
